« on: October 10, 2013, 01:48:54 PM »
 :o :o :o

For those who don't know, normal resting BP is 120/80. During exercise: 200/80-100 is upper/normal range.

I accidently looked at my face in the mirror during a set of heavy front squats. Didn't look healthy.

I notice this every squat workout and it Freaks me out, even though my BP is perfect.

take your BP on 100MG Tren.  Off the fucking charts.  If you say, I took tren and my BP was normal, then I'd hate to tell you that you were sold bunk gear.

Might have to make a similar avatar for Galienko.

Perhaps if enough of GetBig had him as their avatar, he would find his way back...

Join the team. I copied mine from "Borracho"'s avatar  8)

I think he was referring to your steady low diastolic pressure.  around 80 is normal.  High diastolic is much worse than high systolic in general.  So you are golden to up your tren dosage to at least 2 grams a week  8)
My pressure cannot be good with the tren and test and deca and abombs.  Meh, living past 40 is overrated.  Not to mention Nibiru will destroy us all soon....soon.

It means you are superior to Hebrews.

Diastolic is the second figure. Its usually around "80" in a healthy male. Mine was "68" today and I thought I had bragging rights...

A guy came and gave a talk about this (weightlifting and blood pressure) when I was a "graduate" "student" (oh brother).  He said you can mitigate it (get back to normal blood pressure) with by following the XFACTOR Principles (aerobic exercise).
