Honestly, the solution is to stop looking at color, and start scaling back requirements for who gets it, every year.  I know people without kids who don't work, who don't do anything but smoke pot and hang out, and they get their card $ filled up every month for food.

Slash that, limit any assistance to 2 years max and 2 kids max, and solve the fcking problem.  White this, black that, and keep on blowing the $... slash it.

Exactly fucking right!  I small scale real world test to see what will happen when the EBT cards are shut off and people actually start stealing.  And all the parasites acted just like the "powers that be" trained them to.  We are in the end times...
