how to avoid the dog face look with gh
« on: November 08, 2013, 03:12:33 PM »
I've seen some really lean guys who have these fat folds in their face. I don't think its stubborn fat ...i think its from gh abuse? Altho noticeable it doesn't seem that bad amongst most top pros and amateurs but I've seen some gym rats with it and BAD. They probably read some anonymous pros story telling and copied their outrageous claims not knowing any better.

What dosages does this occur so that in the future I can avoid this look?

as long you take gh, nothing will prevent the water retention and thick skin.

nothing but diuretics, which is a terrible idea.

So when you go off the fat folds reduce in size or go away all together? Cuz man I've seen someone with some major fat folds in their face that I don't think will go away.

if its fat, itll stay, if its water, itll be gone some 2-4 weeks after one comes off.

itll be water most likely, face isnt typical spot for fat gains, for ppl who lift.

yah gh has some unpleasant optical sides indeed

This has to be dose dependant. The more abuse of gh the more fat folds and dog face.
