A lot of bro's missing the main point of ephedrine: to increase the release of fatty acids into the blood stream (to be burnt for energy" AKA to burn fat. It's a very well known mechanism. All of the psychological benefits are just an added bonus.

its impossible to calculate this into numbers.

think of a diet day where youre craving foods and then have them, bc there was no efedrine to kill the apetite, and then compare that to a day on efedrine where you can barely down 1lbs of chicken breast all day.

I know the real ephedrine was banned years ago but where can I get it? Is it still available? miss that stuff
