yeah just like the great authors galeniko and noone have said in their book

eat the protein first.
or to get shreeded.drinkw ater first,calm donw the stomach.
then a salad, its very filling.
then the protein,this makes one full, and then a little bit carbs or fats.
if one starts a meal with a sweet treat,it often doesnt "end well".
also, its very logical, if theres no protein in the diet, you have to fill up on what?fats and carbs.very bad combo for training and building muscle, however, most "tasty" to the fatso swines out there.
some try to talk themselves out of it and say "but i can eat so and so much carbs" and will cite the daily maintenance calorie recoomendations(which are inacurate and made it into the law by guess who, by the the food industry lobby,think about this for a second).
but it doesnt work like that, all the calculations go out the window when the glycogen stores are full, theyre full and any more carbs, or fats, or even proteins, will be temporarily stored as bodyfat, until the glygogen depletes a bit.
its like theres no meat in the house for a year, but only cakes,or bread and cheese and icecream.this cant end well, as far looks are concerned.
ok,if one doesnt care for how lean they are, it all doesnt matter.
