(CNSNews.com)  The percentage of American civilians 16 or older who have a job or are actively seeking one dropped to a 35-year low in October, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

In September, the labor force participation rate was 63.2 percent, but in October it dropped to 62.8 percent—the lowest it has been since February 1978, when Jimmy Carter was president.

The labor force, according to BLS, is that part of the civilian noninstitutional population that either has a job or has actively sought one in the last four weeks. The civilian noninstitutional population consists of people 16 or older, who are not on active-duty in the military or in an institution.

At no time during the presidencies of Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton or George W. Bush, did such a small percentage of the civilian non-institutional population either hold a job or at least actively seek one.

That is the illogical thinking of democrats and the stupid RINOS that fall for the lie that they have to be moderates in this day and age.

Immigration reform should not be passed. We don't need a reform. We need to secure the ENTIRE border (north and south), kick out as many as we can and make them wait in line like all the other immigrants who are following the law by applying for visas and citizenship. I don't believe in rewarding law breakers.

Where the nation is wrong is classifying the offspring of these criminals as citizens. From the very beginning, we should not have recognized them as such. We should remove that label and deport entire families.

But we have a president, whose administration has told law enforcement and border patrols to not report illegals or to release them back into the american population.

Oh yeah. Democrats don't want crapcare to be questioned because "it's the law". They do everything it takes to enforce it and shove it down the throats of the American people but they and the clowninchief refuse to fulfill their federal responsibility of enforcing the current immigration laws.
