I'm gonna need shoulder surgery again probably in year or so but i'm just now getting back on my feet with a job and dont want to get stuck with a high deductible. I was wondering if I could just get the cheapest bronze plan for now...then when I'm ready for my surgery get the best cost-to-benefit plan with the lowest deductible? Could I do that? Would I have to pay any back fines or something? I also want to drop back to a cheaper plan after surgery.
