Any stimulant will increase heart rate and perhaps bp as well. Depends on how your body reacts to them. Some people can handle boatloads of coffee while others have 1 Starbucks and their hands start shaking.

You get used to it but I hated the anxiety. If your doc will prescribe you adderall that has great appetitie reducing qualities to it.

They're usually 8mg/pill. They're legal in Canada as OTC sinus meds or something like that.
Its pretty stupid to take something not knowing how much you're getting in each pill... But if they're small round/flat white pills its a safe bet they're 8mg/pill.

For me, no thanks to any of them; ephedra, clen, or T3. s

Plenty of guys have dieted without them back in the 80s and 90s and looked much more shredded than today's guys.

If anything begin dieting without them until you hit a plateau, then choose one to use intermediately.

I just happen to have a bottle of ephedrine hcl in my gym bag, so I took a look at one of the pills, and no writing on them, just a line going through one side. If you took one pill and it made you shaky, its probably a pretty high dose.
I need to use about 4 of my pills along with 100mg of caffeine to really feel it when I use EC.

Ephedrine isn't really a cutting drug that will get you shredded. Clen will improve metabolic rate by what 5%? Find out what 5% of your metabolic rate is, underwhelmed? Me too. Ephedrine has even less of an effect. In combo with T3 and clen? That will get you shredded no doubt.

Ephedrine is good for energy and general wellbeing. It has a magic effect on me where I do not feel hungry yet I never feel full and can keep eating.

I agree with you. Ephedra is not a big deal when it comes to raising metabolic rate. Probably the firat thing you should feel when metabolic rate rises is body heat  which is completely absent.
Just a couple of hours back i had made my oatmeal with green chillies. Five minutes after the meal, i was sweating like a pig. Chillies might be a better alternative to ephedrine when it comes to raising metabolic rate. To avoild the taste they could make pills.out of it.
