Strong like ox, one of the strongest pros right now. Benched 200kg for 20 reps with pause like it was nothing. Squatted insane weights, atg as well. Military pressed insane weights. His training was simple, heavy, very basic. Legs - squats, leg press and leg curls, that's it. Heavy weight, shitton of volume and simplicity. I loved his training.
He ruined it with too many drugs and shitty coaching.
