My work is ran by females mostly and it's ran like shit.

Same here.  The old CEO was an obvious closet homo so he hired a lot of women in high positions who had no business being in those roles.  he was threatened by Alpha males.  He was fired and replaced with a real smart dude but the guy has his hands tied because firing a women in high position looks bad and marks him as sexist so he left a lot of them in their roles.  Their lack of leadership is sickening.  they can't make a sound decision to save their lives and are fucking up constantly always getting their asses saved by their reports. Just sad shit.

8:10am: your female manager/boss comes into work 10 mins late, makeup running down her cheeks from the obvious crying she was doing earlier that morning from the fight with her ___________(insert any male here.)
The rest of the day she is in mega bitch mode, making many decisions based on emotion, not sound logical decision making.
