Poll: Obama, Clinton Most Admired Man And Woman
« on: December 30, 2013, 06:56:04 AM »
  :D :D

new Gallup Poll found President Barack Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton ranked as the man and woman Americans most admire.

The survey released Monday showed 16 percent of Americans mentioned Obama as their most admired man for a sixth consecutive year, although that figure is down from 30 percent who named him in 2012. As the poll points out, the dip reflects the President's declining approval ratings.

Obama led the second most admired man, former President George W. Bush, by 12 points. Pope Francis got 4 percent of the vote, while former President Bill Clinton and Rev. Billy Graham rounded out the top five with 2 percent each.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton ranked as the most admired woman with a 15 percent share of the vote, leading other luminaries like Oprah Winfrey, First Lady Michelle Obama, Sarah Palin and Malala Yousafzai. Clinton has topped Gallup's list 18 times, but her share of the vote also dipped from last year, when 21 percent mentioned her as their most admired woman. The poll surveyed 1,031 adults nationwide from Dec. 5-8 and has a margin of error of 4 percentage points.

Pretty creative headline.  Could have said 84 percent do not view Obama as most admired man in America.

That is so shockingly racist, i am appalled  ::)
Clearly the white devils at foxnews cooked up these numbers to make our dear leader look bad. We all know the actual numbers are 100% in favor. ::) ::) ::) ::)

True.  52% of Americans didn't want Romney to be their President.

Which has nothing to do with the way the headline was written.

Which again has nothing to do with how the headline for the story is drafted.

Yes, the title is accurate.  But it could have been written any number of ways.  I understand that might be a little too complicated for you to understand.  No worries.

Beach bum is right.  It is the same as when unemployment drops 0.1% and that is what is reported, not the fact that it had gone UP 8%  or whatever already (arbitrary number i know its not 8%).  The mid-stream media reports it went down.  Really?

He's not arguing about the actual title, it is the disingenuous nature of it.  Spin doctoring is done by all politicians, so Brobama is not the sole offender, but man oh man does he get away with murder thanks to his cronies in the media.  He has had numerous scandals that would have destroyed the career and life of a white male republican politician.  Period.  They were spun and covered up by his collaborators in the media.  There is no way you can argue that Brobama does not get insane preferential treatment by the media.  IT is essentially a branch of his administration.  The PR branch if you will.  There is no such thing as impartial treatment.
