« on: January 03, 2014, 07:22:05 AM »
I recently started using this machine... pretty good for shoulders, back, cardio.  Anyone use it regularly?

The art of exercising in the same place, a building without character called "gym". Like a hamster. How about a long walk or hike in nature?

Such walks are great. But this tool would be nice to have in a country without hills. Biggest hill we have here is when a deer took an oversized pyramid shit.

It stars Tim Robbins (shawshank redemption) about a vietnam war vet experiencing horrible hallucinations and losing grip on reality.

Excellent movie with a great ending which I won't spoil
