most hardcore lifters are willing to take pain and lift heavyweight so how can i make myself unique and standout?
Don't you know? It is really simple. Train with right posture, right range of motion, don't cheat in every set, but do all that just right and with the perfect form. After a while they look you like alien, because they haven't see that since Armolds days. Modern bodybuilding is based on heavy use of gear, so it doesn't really matter how you lift, if only you lift something heavy, and that's why you hardly see any correct training in the modern gym. All pros has noticed that they don't need a full range of motion, just heavy load and some motion. Same with the frequency of training, meaning that only when you are on gear, you can train twice a day, every day. If you don't use gear, your recovery time will be days, with gear it is just hours. So if you want to be different, train correctly even if you are on gear, and you benefit more that the others, who has take a easy way with lot of gear and short range of motion. Or don't train at all, just sit and watch TV, and take a hefty load of gear. Why? Fact is that there has been a study by some american university, where they make a comparison between three group. A. group who train but doesn't use gear, B. group which train and use gear, and C. group which use gear but doesn't train at all. After the study they find out that group C. gain more plain muscle mass than two other groups, because it doesn't waste time for useless training. You have seen some photos of the bulls which have enormous muscles? They doesn't train, just stand on the field and eat. It is just same with the gear: lifting and jumping around just eat a way your mass, and recovery should fix that + more. Take out the lifting and jumping around, and you live in a state of recovery, which is on by the gear anyway...
