Even though I'm a libertarian, i fully support having licenses for reproduction as well as genetic manipulation of babies ala the movie "Gatica".

Sad, and not just the inner city kids. There are many kids, especially young boys who act like that. Disrespectful. Any kid who says "why are you talking to me like that" and calls his mother a bitch obviously has been doing it awhile.
He's been allowed to be disrespectful, and now he's almost as tall as his mother and disrespects her and her authority in the store...

And you know what happens next? He will be getting aquainted with the judicial system later on.

As much as I CONTINUOUSLY try to not think this way, it is quite apparent a majority of, ahem, African Americans, simply are not as evolved as most races. Some studies show as much as an approximate 3,000-year lag.

Heck, a majority of humans have no business owning and using our greatest technologies (myself included); we haven't "earned" a right to it, essentially. However, in the hands of so many of these types presented in the video, it becomes a case of allowing what amount to highly-evolved monkeys to play with computers. And co-exist in our grandest cities and towns.

It doesn't work.

For every educated, responsible and civilized black, there are masses of pathetic ones who just cannot understand what is appropriate and dignified behaviour.

Couple all this with individuals who are too weak to control corrupted self-serving tendencies while in public office, religious wackos (Islam being a truly horrific notion) and uncontrolled reproduction, and we are all headed for absolute failure as supposed "1st-world" societies.

Tolerance and politically-correct brainwashing is our greatest enemy.

Fact is, the kid in the video will likely never be anything more to his community and country than a nuisance, at best. A combination of low intellect and poor rearing has seen to this reality.

Dude, I went to school with white middle class kids that exhibited the same behaviors.
In fact in high school, dudes would brag about fighting their dads and stomping them.
Disrespectfulness from children is a learned behavior. It's not "ghetto" or black, or white...
I've seen white kids tell their mothers to shut up, and even hit their mothers if they didn't get what they want from the store.

The kid up above, where did he learn to speak that way to his mother? From his father, or other men? And why did he feel that he could do it so freely? These are questions that need to be asked, instead of the "well, you know black people are not evolved, blah, blah, blah", that is not even an evolved thought or statement.

Years ago, there were jokes about how black kids would get their tails whipped and white kids would get "time out" for the same offenses...the deal was "time out" doesn't work.

And it doesn't. Many parents today have taken a "time out" from parenting, as this video and our society has shown.
