I've never seen nor heard that and a cursory check of the interwebs returned zero support for same.  Of course that doesn't mean nothing on that drivel exists, LOL!  Sounds like something from "Abraham Lincoln - Vampire Hunter". That's Hollyweird, not Fox News. ;D

By the way, that movie was fun to watch.  Vampires were obviously Democrats.  Sucking the life out of any and all, especially black folk.   Today it's called "welfare" and it targets white folk just as much, if not more.   Why?  'Cuz slavery is colorblind now.
