No, his child support amounts were changed without his knowledge and he went ahead and paid it.  He never fell behind his payments.

Child support payments were deducted from his employer and they didn't even inform them to deduct the proper amount.  She filed that lawsuit out of spite to get him in trouble and he paid out of his pocket to make things right. 

But now that he's going to be in jail for 6 months, what is that going to accomplish???  He can't work if he's in jail so there won't be any child support payments....only the kid suffers.  Like I said, there are a lot of deadbeat dad out there to punish and this shit doesn't fly.
