First, no base line prior to the diet so we don't know how each brother would perform in the test without the effects of the diet. Poor science. 2nd, no one advocates a NO carb diet and low fat went the way of bell bottom jeans so they might as well compare a 1995 computer laptop to a 2014 computer laptop. Finally, no diet log, no activity log, regardless of what they think they ate or did, it's once again useless. Pretty much a waste of time

x2 now this is a post i can agree with

i always 'somewhat' keep a track of how long im standing, how much manual labor im doing and how much sleep, and what 'diets' are giving me the most energy to do  continuis work and workouts

alot of people/dumasses get so happy they hit a PR in there squat or dead, but are too fucking stupid to realize the only reason they hit a PR is because they sit on there dumbasses all day long doing jack shit

The only thing this proves is that even doctors can be more ignorant than the average person when it comes to diet

One guys does a diet with 2% fat and the other basically does zero carbs (and obviously not even realizing that when you over eat protein your body will convert some of the excess to glucose defeating the entire point of reducing carbs)
