how do you lose the last few pounds

Im already on a 20/4 hour fast    1200 cals a day.     what else can I do to drop more bf%    I know its coming off slowly and in time.   just like to see quicker results.

until 8% is easy.

to 6% is kinda hard.

to 5% is hell

4% is twilight zone, its uniamaginably hard for who hasnt been there.the suffering is something else, new level.you feel like dead.
youre not having any pumps no more.you want to sleep throughout the day and night bc its feeling so terrible.

eating oatmeals at this point will feel liek the sweetest thing on earth.

it gets more than just gradually harder.

you literaly feel like dying at times.

forget the smiling ppl on pics and mags, youll barely have power to hold a pose for more than few seconds

youll know you have not fat nomore at all when you flex and the cramps follow very soon after.the time at 6% you will vaguely remember as glutony, after eating again the brain will take a whole while to work properly again,no joke.

the 15% have no idea how far away they are,lol.

haha so true.

You can always drop your kidney weight or another vital organ like a dumbass. but this is only a problem for the low iq retards (and often son's of whores;bastards;insecure closet fags;complete and total losers nearing 40 with no wife or kids;apartment dwellers on the government dole  ;)) who try to diet too long at too low of bf levels.

i know others do it other way etc, but i dont care.

the book is the exact blueprint how i do it.

getting down to low 6% range is first.or always be somewhere there.

then, when the mental readyness is there,itll take few weeks, i dont have that readyness all the time either, and cant stay that extremly lean for long anyway, but its basicaly from 6%, no chet meal no such thing, and increased cardio and permanent being active as much as possible.

i prefer 2-3 weeks of unmasked hell to get there over 4-6weeks of semi hell.

but once comfortably at 6%, can easy play around a bit.

ah yeah, for me personaly, the total shrededness isnt happen wo adex.theres just no way it happening without.

but 6 can be held year round with good sexdrive.

I am very low now and i cannot sleep if i don't have enough food in my stomach. I don't know how Galenikoo does it, i can stay very lean but there is a point i can't drop anymore as i have to eat or not sleep like i have nothing to burn up. Maybe it's the cardio i do as well.

da da dobro kazes kad si na dijeti umires hehe,ali gledaj ovo sto sad ja radim,dodes na 5,6 ili 7 nije uopce bitno i onda to samo odrzavas!jel razumijes na sto mislim,znaci jedes one velike obroke ali i odradis cardio i trening i to je to,drzis! mislim nije ovo ni bodybuilding niti natjecanje nego ja samo govorim primjer kako odrzati bar tu razinu masti i biti u fizickoj formi!ali kod nas svih kad krenes godinama stoji ona psiha prezderavanja! kako ti radis,dodes do definicije i sto onda? ja nekad odem pa se moram namjerno prejedati da bi dobio motiv da idem skidati
