i know others do it other way etc, but i dont care.
the book is the exact blueprint how i do it.
getting down to low 6% range is first.or always be somewhere there.
then, when the mental readyness is there,itll take few weeks, i dont have that readyness all the time either, and cant stay that extremly lean for long anyway, but its basicaly from 6%, no chet meal no such thing, and increased cardio and permanent being active as much as possible.
i prefer 2-3 weeks of unmasked hell to get there over 4-6weeks of semi hell.
but once comfortably at 6%, can easy play around a bit.
ah yeah, for me personaly, the total shrededness isnt happen wo adex.theres just no way it happening without.
but 6 can be held year round with good sexdrive.
