....good question..bench only do you compete full meets.

I have done 2 full meets back in the mid 90's but when my bench got more then my squat and pull I said fuck it and just benched. I did just pull a solid 555 in contest a couple weeks at a charity push pull meet in Ft Wayne Ind. My best raw pull ever is 585 and best raw squat in contest is 605. But my squat now is like 405ish I just don't squat. I started again a few months ago since I own my own gym figured I'd give it a go again did a deep 405 for 3 and said SCREW THIS I'll do leg presses.

the one guy i know who could bench 5 plates could barely squat 4, strange how people can be so strong on that movement

for me the sqt/dead are pretty easy to rack up numbers even if your an average guy strength wise, ive always been a shit presser and always look in awe at anyone doing more than 3 plates

I hate the feel of the bar on my shoulders, literally I hate it. I can not seem to get comfortable under the bar. As for the dead lift I love to pull I'm just to damn lazy to load the bar, if I could hire a staff of midgets to load and unload my bar I would pull all day long.

I'm 5 foot 10 like it all depends on how I feel on what my bodyweight is. One season i might be a 275er then the next a SHW again. It is really easy for me to go up but here lately coming down is kinda tough.

At that height and weight, can't be good on the heart and overall health :-\

Good luck though!

At 275, BBW would probably look pretty good. Incredible upper body.
