We had few if any oil pipeline attacks during my second tour in Iraq. Where I was in Kirkuk, Northern Iraq....the shit was basically flowing out of the ground. There was plenty of stealing but blowing the shit up...the Iranians kept a lid on that. Plus the only Iraqi police worth a shit were the oil police.
