Has anyone got any ideas why i lose my appetite when i get to 96kgs and find it hard to make 100kgs i am on test and deca, from 90-95 my appetite was fine.

Never let yourself get hungry!
I always eat something or drink a protein shake as soon as I feel any hunger at all.
I never loose weight doing this.
And at night drink protein right before bed, and if you wake up at night drink another protein shake!

Personally I like tommywishbone's answer  :D.Seriously get to a pharmacy & tell the guy you want some cyproheptadine.Don't need a script here in Canada but it'll help "pick up" your appetite.
