No way to guarantee you wont lose your hair. It's luck of the draw. Look at you family, are your uncles bald? Your father?  Grandfather? Brothers? Family is a good indicator.
My father is bald, but none of the his brothers or his father is bald. He has been since his early 30s.

Im running tren and test, and I thought I was thinning on the left side, but it hasnt changed at all during in the 3-4 months ive been running HRT, with tren on and off, and there is no hair in the tub, so I may be getting lucky.
