Was watching this -
http://www.cnn.com/video/data/2.0/video/bestoftv/2014/02/07/ac-dunn-trial-debate.cnn.htmlI know we don't know all the facts but from what I heard, and as fellow concealed gun carrier, it doesn't look like he was justified to shoot. He could have just got in his car and drove off. His actions after the fact also are weird. If I just had a bunch of guys (race don't matter) point a gun at me and had me fearing for my life so badly that I emptied a clip into their car I would be the first on the phone calling for help even after the fact knowing I killed at least one.
This case aside...
What is sad is that a lot of rap is about gangster life and violence a anti "the man" type shit and so when people listen to it and want to be "hard" like the rappers they do shit they think is "gangster". It's like they have pride in it and take pride in scaring white people but when someone catches them slipping and calls their bluff the run crying and pointing the finger at the racist white guy.
Case in point, my buddy and his wife were mugged downtown two months ago. Some gangsta kid flashed a gun in his saggingwaistband and asked for the keys, wallet and purse. While screaming things like he was going to "cap they asses" and how he was going to "make that bitch suck his dick". Well, my buddy and his wife are both cops. Both pulled on him and his buddy and when he wouldn't give up his hands my buddy's wife used force and busted the kids eye as a result (knee on head pinning him). Now the kids family is going to sue for medical expenses and
emotional trauma.
This world is crazy.
