Little did I know it was another snake oil sales(woman) selling her amazing newly discovered exercise routines way better than weight lifting etc.

Dumbshit states that her exercises actually "Debulk" big muscles on women.

PBS has lost all credibility.  Was like one big disgusting infomercial
