Feeling cheated and defeated

Just finished an application to one of the major banks, financial derivatives related. Anyway, these applications takes a fuckload of time, a couple of hours to make it serious, and then follows a series of tests (like a SAT + iq test) to even get the application sent forth to be considered/read.

Among the shit I had to do: write a 1000 word essay on the next emerging market, same but next market crash/bubble, 500 word essays of why I apply to this homo bank and the said homo section of the bank etc. Ofc on top of sending in CV, Letter, Grades (4.8/5.0), 2 degrees (BSc in physics, BSc in economics).

NOW TO THE INFURIATING PART:

The last and probably only important question on their 14 page homo application:

"Please state your race/ethnicity/gender/etc"

1. I am a white straight male
2. I am some cross bred hokey pokey/some fucking dyke/some fucking religious nut

This is then followed by a huge outburst of the generic bullshit "we love everyone, female application encouragement programs, hire a chocolate face day etc".
I might have as well just cancelled my application. This final question always results in an angry automated mail sent back with something like "We're sorry that your white supremacist ass can't be employed by us, but we don't care because you are a white man in your 20's which means that you are already way too privileged in every part of your life. We don't want your kind around here --- Sincerely FUCK YOU WHITE MAN"

As a smart white male, you'll get nowhere in this world. Even a place as conservative as the major banks are now applauding diversity, gender equality and all that dyke bullshit we've been cuckolded for the past 20 years. What the fuck is this shit?
