during the day you can eat heavy or light it wont matter, you are going to have to eat as needed, if you eat too light youll be too hungry and get less physical work done, if you eat too heavy youll have to work it off or it will make you lethargic if you dont, you can get even more lethargic if you dont follow a heavy meal with some carrots
during the later part of the day its all up for experimentation for you. you wont always wake up in the morning feeling the same, but most of the time you wake up feeling the same because we consume the same foods and follow a familar pattern everyday ( you might wake up feeling good everyday but maybe you could feel better or worse if you wish, by changing your evening and night foods)
