Thx!  On a side note, given my age and injuries I have to use machines now for many exercise but I think they are nothing compared to free weights. They are, shall I say, more "convenient" but feel far lighter than the equivalent barbell or dumbbell.

My old gym had one and I would grab the low handles and simulate a deadlift. Because of the way the handles are at your side, as opposed to a bar in front of you, you could keep your hips low. Really directed the movement into your back and traps. New gym I use doesn't have the machine, sux. You face opposite the way Wolf is when you perform the movement, by the way

I've never heard Wolf being called small in clothes. People have said Phil looks small/fat in clothes, I've heard the same about the more "compact" guys like Dex and Alves, basically all the 212 guys and most of the shorter MPD guys. Wolf is a monster, he deserves this win and was robbed at the last Olympia, should have been fighting for the top spot with Phil.
