why do you keep going on with little structure ignoring the uniqueness of each type of food
yet we will continue to see 10000's more pages of the same threads with the same minimally organized routines based upon the bare minimal aspects of nutrition for more and more years while i plead with you to atleast improve upon these structurless plans and thoughts
