Girls care about as. Nothing more unsexy than a flat cardioass. Thats make me wanne puke. NO ON LIKES IT, men or woman on men or woman. Everytime I se girls with flat ass on the cardiomachines I wanne kick them in the ass to get out in the gym and do squats. And for male, weightlifting is the best excercise when u get older to keep some muscle and dont look like a skinskelleton. Girls like my as. Lean, hard and round. The most epic story is when a brotha in the gym come forward to me and ask, HOW DO U TRAIN YOUR ASS haha.

I can understand bodybuilders working on glutes because in competition they are getting judged on all aspects of their physique but when average joe who with their dough ball physiques use that machine where you lean over and kick your legs back for 20 sets of 100 reps.  What the fuck are they doing?
hm, i too,long thought doing the abdctor exercises was gay and not needed, but they def add to leg size and separation comes out better, bc some small muscles are developed which are untouched otherwise.

and with glutes, i just kinda train them when doing cardio on the stairmaster thing, i never btorhered before, and boom suddenly the legs and back way overpowered the glutes,that weird "no ass" look.

fixed that somewhat now, phew.

and women like it, good size muscular ass, some women with good taste will like it.

but overall its one of the biggest muscles, for symetry sake should be trained,and every bit helps to boost metabolism, i rather train a muscle group extra to have long term metabolism increase, rather than taking fatburners.

see,the reasons add up :D

I use the adductor/whatever the other one is purely for flexibility reasons... but I dont sit on the seat, I grab the weight rack and rest my back on the back rest and use It to stretch my hip flexors.

especially since my hip got fucked up when I used to train MMA, and o never got it fixed, so it got strong on one side and weak on the other causing me severe back issues. Now that im actually getting my hip back into place stretching on the adductor and stretching in general seems to be the only thing helping to keep my hip from popping back out after the chiro pops it back in. Lol.

the glutes have alot of potential for muscle growth, unlike the calves for example. (Which are mostly genetic)

My leg day is basically squats. Deep down to the floor.
I don't do any glute training neither my squat tecnique is glute oriented, nevertheless i am all ass.

High Incline leg presses, with only the balls of your feet on the platform, legs spaced wide apart.   The absolute best glute (and hamstring) builder of them all.
