Making your own iced coffee to energize workouts
« on: September 09, 2013, 04:16:11 PM »
Do you just make regular coffee, add some milk and pour over ice?

Do you freeze some coffee and use that for ice?  Any suggestions for using the k-cups?

I don't drink and have not had caffeine in over a decade. Caffeine is for the weak of the world.

This.

But I add sugar free vanilla almond milk. Fucking delicious and totally not a gay drink. Seriously it's not gay.

Seriously guys.

Coffee is my morning maker. Try international delight cold stone sweet cream.
They also make a good iced coffee.
