Nutritionally it's sound mate

Try and get fillets that have been farmed somewhere other than Vietnam or China, as they use some unregulated antibiotics in their farms which stay in the meat and are not good for you.

If you guys are looking for quality fish, cooked... Don't go with bottom feeders like cat fish
sea bass is definitely one of the best fish out there.

cat fish is good fried but you could fry cat shit and it would taste good

A chippy down the road to me got found out selling basa as Cod. They had to do a big apology in the paper etc, not cos it's dangerous but people thought they were paying £6 for local cod and chips but were getting some frozen fish from a farm in vietnam lol

Sea Bass is awesome, but catfish fried takes on something special when done right.  It yearns to be fried.  An endless platter of fried catfish with Hush Puppies and Lemonade and a Chocolate Shake might be the last meal I`d want before I die.

I go to Hilton Head every summer for 10 days and that's pretty much a meal I eat daily.

Shit man that's a lot - is it just for food or is toiletries/alcohol included in the £150?

One thing my wife does to keep costs down, is to write on a list the exact meals we're eating (evening only) and then shop for food according to that list

That way we never just buy stuff because it looks good in the supermarket

We shop in Aldi as well mate, and we have for example:

steak once a week, roast chicken once, lamb mince (moussaka), chicken breasts twice a week, salmon fillets once a week, then maybe pizzas and a greek salad on a sat night, roast on a sunday

We spend £50 on food mate, £20 month on tioletries i.e. washing/dishwasher powders/toilet rolls/

£20 a month on nappies/wipes for the littlun

What do you get for £150

Steak and mince beef is great from Aldi, mini chicken fillets are also good value and you can knock them up in 5 minutes on a George Foreman grill.

I don't use bass when I diet. It is very common here. I love pike, trout and zander.

shapeshifters RUN things, they are not "actors" .. some of them are right under your nose, some you would not know at all. When the masks are off, all involved KNOW who the boss is ..

Not so keen on frozen chicken, too much added water normally, will try the Aldi though.

Have you ever caught a Pike? They fight like hell. Not a fan of the taste, only had it once, the one I caught as a boy.

I never fished in my life... maybe once as a kid playing around with a stick, wire and hook.. found this fisherman here who brings them freshly caught from the DANUBE Delta. But no, I never fished for anything ..
