So on day three, i was almost finished doing arms, and was curling with the 100 pound bar, and cswol was right behind me. as i finished my last set, i went to put the bar back in the rack, and he was standing right in front of the rack, and he just stood there, he knew that i was coming to rack the bar, and he still just stood there, he wouldn't move. So i hit him in his leg with one side of the bar, and he moved out of the way so i could rack the bar.
He just looked at me and said" WHY YOU TRYING ME MAKE ME YOUR BITCH!!!!! So i got in his face and said you knew i was coming to re rack the weight, fucking move! so he moved closer, and i move closer, and now we are face to face!!!!! (I was so
amped up from the heavy workout i would have smashed him if he would have hit me), but after a few more back and forth words, we both backed off at about the same time. (which was good because we both would have lost our memberships )
Sounds like you have anger issues. You started on a guy who was cool enough to let it go.
He may not have noticed you coming, I think he innocently didn't notice you coming his way, it happens to all of us when in the gym in the zone thinking about the next set, you read too much into it, hit him with the weights without apologising and then got into his face.
