In an atmosphere of hate that has been promoted by the left in order to destroy dissenting discourse, it is a miracle that a black person would ever be charged with a hate crime.
DETROIT — A 16-year-old has been charged with ethnic intimidation in connection with the brutal beating of a motorist last week when he got out of his pickup truck to check on the 10-year-old he hit.
The teen, who was part of a large crowd that attacked Steven Utash on April 2, was charged as a juvenile and is not being named. He also was charged with assault with intent to do great bodily harm and has a court hearing scheduled Saturday at the Wayne County Juvenile Detention Center, the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office said.
Officials have said Utash, 54, was attacked on the city's east side by up to a dozen people, who severely beat the Clinton Township man with their fists and feet. So far, four people have been charged in the attack and a fifth suspect was arrested Wednesday.
