just swallow it,chewing it means you're processing the brown rice,breaking it down into simpler carbs,and will miss the point of eating the brown rice

I highly recommend chewing your food, I've been doing it for years.

Chewing is always better, you create a larger surface area of the food so enzymes can digest food better.

But then once the surface is digested there is new surface to be digested, maybe the digestion takes longer, shouldn't be a problem. I need the energy over many hours anyway.

So how does this work?

I used to put rice in the blender with water, but noticed epic insulin sleep afterworlds.

Just eating the rice whole should take care of it, but it takes long time to eat bowls of rice.

You see the dilemma.

Fine. So I'll swish it around before swallowing with plenty of water. It takes me 30 minutes to finish a large meal the conventional way, unacceptable.
