rice doesn't work, the carbs doesn't last very long, sure you get lots of them fast but they don't all go to muscles. beans and potatoes takes longer (2days of eating some every day to really fill up) but they all go to muscles. now I work out at full force again like usual, one just need to snack on potatoes, that's ridiculous efficient.

So what you're implying is that potates gonna potate?

Seems plausible as it takes you two days to eat your potates. The only problem with this strategy is that you can only utilize it during the weekend to not have work interfering.

How are the gainz so far?
