Weird story. WHY were the cops sent to the mosque? Unless I'm blind, this seemingly important question is not addressed at all in the story.
You're not blind, it's a FOXNEWS article. The address of relevant important questions are not necessary when dealing with a fox news audience. You just give 'em a nibble and exploit their xenophobic tendencies, and watch them rant about anything & everything without seeing or understanding anything.
Without having read the story, I'm going to state that I don't think there is anything wrong or inappropriate with such an order. It makes complete sense to me. If you're going to Police a community, you had better understand that community, otherwise you're headed for unecessary conflict. If it's in that realm, it's perfectly appropriate IMO. I can't possibly see it as a matter of demanding they follow, practice, or worship in that religion.
