The biggest problem of keeping lots of carbs in your diet is the INSANE amount of Cardio needed...
I've seen people coming to the YMCA three times a day to do 1 hour runs on the treadmill, Elliptical machine, hill climbs, etc...
OR....
You can work out with weights 5 times a week, 45min to 1 hour MAX and eat Bacon and Eggs (no toast, etc...)
