Anyone know the difference in fat vs breasts oof the top of their head?
Ive become a huge thigh fan.
yeah, boneless skinless thighs have negligible fat, something like 2 or 3 grams per serving i think
and what's wrong with fat anyway

(question not directed at shockwave

)
i mostly use thighs these days as well
breasts are easier and faster to prep for the most part, and the taste is indistinguishable in some recipes. for example, in stew / soup / curry the taste will be practically no different, and texture only minimally. would rather use breast in these cases.
