Big difference in left arm compared to his right.

Chest looks a bit small / flat ( relative to his delts )
could be just that pic not good.

Ugh not great. Fucking up again. 293 sounds good, but dude only has 12 lbs on me and I'm 12 weeks out and nobody. Condition wins, not bodyweight.

I like kai as a person and a bodybuilder. Kai loves bodybuilding more then Phil Heath but I think Phil will easily win again unless a fluke injury occurs or kai has some new arsenal up his sleeve.

Now Ramy is going to be a huge problme very soon! Maybe not this year or next year but ramy will def have a physique that will be scary to pose down with. When it comes to Mr. Olympia their are politics involved. Phil is obviously who they want as their poster boy. kai has a shadey past and Big ramy isn't fluent in english enough. shouldn't matter if kai had a bad rep or ramy's english sucks but it does when were talking about being Mr. Olympia
