A man of your mass likely requires much much more than 200 grams.

I've heard denari is one of the bigger guys.

You can get more than enough protein from 3 meals daily for your bodybuilding needs, dont be a brainwashed lunkhead and believe everything the supplement and magazine companies tell you, you do know that they are trying to make money right.

You do know I actually said "TWO SMALL CHICKEN BREASTS or less than two scoops of protein powder"?

Of course, supplement companies try to make money, genius. It's part of the job. Guess what! People who sell food (I.e. Chicken) try to make money also.

My point was and is, if you can get your protein from just 3 meals, then just do it and quit bleating about those EEEEEEVVVVIIIILLLLL supplement companies and their wares.
