There must have truly been a chemistry issue going on there. Kyrie didn't want to get stuck in Cleveland after LeBron left I suppose. When LeBron starts really showing his age here in a year or two his game will drop terribly.
Shaq and Kobe part II.
Very strange behavior, but these egos must be HUGE! Kyrie is upset he didn't get all NBA recognition, and his finals showing were an all time great demonstration of finishing at the basket and big shots made. He may see the writing on the wall with LeBron leaving but you'd think you'd ride this team out and get the chips while you can.
I'm not sold he's the next Kobe (comparatively speaking) with his injury history and being only 6'3, although height matters less than ever.
LeBron been durable unlike anyone else before him (except for maybe Kareem :/) and I'm sure the drop off will be steep but his skill and size will help.
I disagree I think Cleveland got the better deal.
Isiah Thomas > Kyri
IMO
Isn't the concern IT may not fully recover from the hip injury? Its only a great deal if the pick pans out.
Fun stuff to watch though.
