meal 1 : protein shake (casein whey mix) + some almonds
meal 2 : broccolis meat + 2 boiled eggs
meal 3 : protein shake
during trainning : BCAA + like 10 grams of maltodetrin (enough to avoid any hypo)
meal 4 : broccoli + meat + 6g of omega 3
meal 5 : cottage cheese mixed with protein powder
weights 4 times a week
cardio i walk back from work 2 times a week (35 min walk
)
fat is coming off nicely. no secret to fat burning really just eat like a bird and keep doing whatever you are doing.
