Fucking thing has wasted five hours of my life so far. It connects to my network then other times for no reason it won't. I've reset it, unplugged it, unplugged my router a fn thousand times n have been on tech support five times.  Ready to smash it.  Gonna take this piece of shit back. Anyone else have that trouble?

I've used a Roku ever since I got my place back and have had no problems.  Check your wifi router

Have had roku 3 for a year now.   Once in awhile it needs a reboot like every other device.  Great performance though.  We own 3.
