i dont know what that means. if you want a 7 seater here with boot space there are only two cars available, this and the q7. a few other 4x4s have 7 seats but no boot space when third row is up.

I have 3 cars presently (all bought in cash before anyone says lease )

A 2014 Porsche cayman S modified in many ways, mainly an additional 100hp
Murdered out. Black everything including 20 tints. Didn't switch rims. Bought it custom and new so I ordered what I wanted ( stick )

Used 2012 x5m. No mods. (Auto)

Used Saab 2006 93 aero wagon heavily modified  (stick)

Yeah we're in different money situation I guess but my Saab wagon id take ANY day pver what u just bought and it's just as comfortable and roomy and more engineered and better looking and half the cost

I just did a Google search and found out that it's pretty hard to design a 7-seater that looks good from the outside as well. If money wasn't a problem, then I would choose this RR.

range rover sport seats 7, but the full size range rover only seats 5.

$30k for an 08 GL420 ain't bad. I like the GL's, especially the '12 and up... I *think* 2012's can be had in the $30k range, been a while since I checked.

people complain about Mercedes, but shit, at least you'll walk away from the accident... $700/yr in maintnce is a decent trade off for surviving a car accident.

besides, how many 'wealthy people', presidents, executives, government officials, etc... do you see driving Audi's or BMW's? ZERO... EVER. lol... it's ALWAYS a Mercedes. Welcome to the club.

I used to have an 18 foot boat with a 115hp outboard at the back. That felt more responsive than the gl. The gl drives like a boat with a fan under it. However once you accept it's not a sports car and just roll in it it's pretty comfortable. It looks like a tank with black paint, chrome, and tinted windows. I have done about 200kms so far and the fuel economy looks better than the 330i. It has tiptronic but I need to work out where the torque is with the turbo. Only does 5000revs. The auto gear changes seem to be about 1500 unless you floor it.

As Esf said this car is coming out on top in most non lorry accidents. What is the value of that when you have kids? My full intention is to get a two seater for myself. 

On the way up to my parents house we were stuck in traffic in north end row and some Hebrew thumbed me up on the car. Then walked in front of it and the accident warning sound when off and he jumped.

Costs about $34k, the list price is about $90k new, its an 08 car. Trading in my BMW 330i, which is a shame but I needed a 7 seater and its either that or the Audi Q7. The tow bar is removable.

Maccan is fun to drive, a lot more so than the SQ5.. Looked at one for the wife but then the reality of Bay Area mortgage payments killed that idea

But ffs you live in Europe and have access to the rs6 avant, so why get a dumpy, American market SUV ?
