Also if I change my mind a week later do I have option for divorce or do I have to prove reason for divorce and how long does that take? Do I have to wait certain amount of time?

Whatever the marriage laws are in Nevada are what you must follow. It makes no difference whether you marry in Los Vegas, Reno or some little burg out in the middle of the desert. If you want a pre-nuptial agreement, see a lawyer first before you see the Justice of the Peace for the marriage license. The wedding ceremony at "The Church of Elvis" is just for show. You need a marriage license first.

My wife and I first married in Las Vegas. That was nearly 50 years ago. We didn't bother with a pre-nuptial agreement because neither of us had a pot to piss in back then.
