x2

As for the sleep: As has been noted, you can continue like this for a few days, then you will crash. Some people tolerate less sleep better than others.
The adrenaline will give your body an alerted feeling and make you very clear and awake.

the crash is already "kicking in". lol, fun is over...  :-X :-\

Now be sure to get 8-10 hours quality sleep, NO sleeping aids!!!

Best will be to relax on the weekend, make a few walks outside in the daytime when the sun is shining and get to bed early.

Be careful because sleep deprivation is very harsh on the immune system.

My daily programm is like this. For another 3-4 days

wake up at 12 in the morning/

12-6 I have couple meals.

7-8.30 workout

9-10.30 home and eating anothe meal

10.30-2 at night internet, tv, whatever, trying to get sleep - which fails.

2-9 in the moning WORK

9-12 S L E E P

SO ITS 3 HOURS OF SLEEP MAYBE LESS.

I FEEL AMAZING. MY ENERGY IS UP I DONT FEEL LETHERGIC, EUPHORIC FEELING ALL THE TIME AND I WOKOUT LKE IM ON STIMULANTS.

WTF.

um...yeeeeahhh...im gonna have to...sort of...disagree, with you on that one  :P

i literally need minimum 9-10 hours of sleep to feel 100%. if i get only say, 6 hours then have to force myself up in the morning, i feel like crap throughout the day. maybe its just me...im a light sleeper

one thing ive noticed is that everyone is different as to the Quality of sleep they get; some people sleep like rocks the instant they hit the pillow until they wake up in the morning. no interruptions, no tossing and turning, just pure deep sleep. maybe these people only 'need' 4-5 hours, cause their sleep is pure unstopped quality, whereas those like me lay down, spin for 1-2 hours, sleep 2 hours, get up to piss, spin another hour, get to sleep again, wake up and spin for another hour, etc...over a period of 10 hours only about 5 is actual quality sleep.
this. I function progressively shittier each day i get less than 8-10hr10hrs sleep

You will crash and burn.

Hopefully not on the freeway because you fell asleep.

It will catch up to you. Sleep is like taxes. Pay now or pay latter - either way it will be collected.

People who are Bipolar are able to function normally with very little sleep.
