Stumbled upon a few gymnastic vids on YouTube. guys are jacked as hell. I'm of the opinion that many of them are drug free or on minimal amounts, because I've known a few guys irl, and they were all jacked and exceptional athletes even before puberty
They often look ripped and impressive when they perform. BUT, they are very small men overall.
1. They have very low body fat% and do high rep resistance training with a lot of constant tension.
This is very effective in building muscle and functional strength.
2. Most have very small legs with minimal quad mass.
Some former gymnasts and wrestlers that become outstanding bantam and Lt wt bodybuilders.
