Well I all got clear for me now!
Everyone looked a little smooth flat when they entered the scene. I guess its bcz they are nervous. U cant get a really god pump when u are nervous. And after all that talk yesterday witch Kai started made Phil nervous knowing he was not the superior man onstage. U could see it in his behaviors, the confidence was not there and got even worse when he didn't get that fullness and muscle pump.
Kai was also nervous that's why he neither look very sharp. But as the show went on, they got more time to relax, especially Kai and the blood in the body started to flow, got vein on his legs and upper body started go get more pumped. Heath saw this, noticed this, so insted of getting better, he got worse bye time.
All u guys know what I'm talking about who have had a decent diet and low in bodyfat. At Some point in the gym u look really awesome, when the blood is rushing/flowing and the pump is great, u look pretty much like a different man when everything is right and u got that flow in the body.
Just like having a date with a girl, cold hands and then some alcohol in the body and all of a sudden your hands fingers arms are twice the size.
There is a pretty big difference of having all your blood in the body near your organs in the belly, than having 10 pounds extra liquid floating around in your arms legs, making them pumped. That's day night difference. If Kai could get that relaxed selfconfidece he will eat Phil at the night show. And if Phil still feel a bit insecure it will be noticed by his body's look.
Arnold was right! U can talk them into insecurity with the mindgame and make them lose. No pump - No win. Kai started this on the pressconferanceand that wasn't a bad move. When I first heard Arnold mention this in Pumping Iron I was "what the fuck" is he talking about...now I exactly know what he was talking about.
