after seeing all the drama and plenty of bloated guts, synthol filled bodies, here we go with a real bodybuilding that is growing in popularity at fast pace.
No wonder why.
I doubt there is anyone in here who would not like to be built like these fellas. Fit, lean, healthy look, the way to go.

Lol @165 but hell, over train the furk outta delts and abs very low cal intake..seems doable but how long before they start getting bigger and looking like what the HW used to look like on the 80s and 90s

Totally agree on the shorts..so many complain about not liking today's bodybuilders, there's a lot of talent out here they need to support these guys.

Sadik has awesome built, check this out, 2 weeks before olympia.
I think he should have taken the title. Jeremy looked great but not as good as Sadik.
