Was it the exercise where he was holding the 45 pound plate between his hands?
It looks like a short range of motion though.
Yeah, but you can squeeze the plate on the lower part and balance it. It's the forced squeeze while doing the press that is impressive. It's definitely a "finisher" type move.
I also did the front raise version yesterday for my shoulder workout. Not as impressive because it's still a chest exercise. Something different, tho.
